The first step in your bathroom renovation process is comprised of a home consultation.  After first contacting you to arrange an appointment, we will meet you at your home to go through each stage of your renovation so that we can present you with a fully detailed FREE quote.

After assessing your needs a comprehensive and itemised quote is presented for your consideration. If you are happy with the initial quote our Showroom Manager will arrange an appointment to take you through each step of the selection process, assisting you to choose the appropriate fixtures, fittings, tiles and accessories from our extensive showroom.

After finalising your choices a new tender will be created, reflecting the fittings, fixtures and tiles you have selected.  Once you have approved the final tender, a mutually agreeable start date will be selected.

An initial deposit is required to secure your job (10% for jobs under $20,000 and 5% for jobs over $20,000). Before work can begin a Department of Fair Trading contract must also be drawn up and signed by both the client and the contractor. Once the deposit is paid all materials for your bathroom are ordered and delivered to our warehouse.  This process ensures there are no delays in starting your job on the agreed date.
