I am absolutely delighted with my experience with Oxford bathrooms. From start to finish, throughout the covid lockdown and over two stages with four bathrooms to complete everything went without a hitch due mostly to their incredible project manager Mat. My initial dealings with Mel and Sue in the Brookvale showroom went smoothly and they were always very helpful with the design. Stage 1 started mid September and stage 2 finished mid December. Mat kept me informed of the timetable every step of the way and with almost daily contact ensured the tradies worked to his timeframe. The tradies workmanship is superb and they were always polite and considerate. I would also like to thank the young delivery guy who brought all the fittings and took all the rubbish away. As the heading says, we are very happy with our new bathrooms from Oxford (especially the wife)! The team at Brookvale were great, from the initial call out, through to the selections process and finally, the installation. The designs they came up with actually improved on what we thought we wanted. There were a few hiccups that arose during the actual construction, but that’s to be expected with any reno project. However their transparent and clear communication meant that these issues were quickly sorted, with minimal downtime. Big thanks to the team – now if you could only stop my wife from spending so much time in the bath!
