HOW MUCH WILL YOU CHARGE FOR MY BATHROOM RENOVATION?

You will receive an all-inclusive quotation which will cover all labour and materials with top quality fixtures and fittings from Australia’s favourite bathroom brands. Our prices also include design guidance by one of our experienced Design Consultants and a Construction Manager to oversee your bathroom renovation.

A typical ensuite renovation starts from $18,900 with main (family) bathroom renovations from $21,900. If you choose to renovate multiple bathrooms at the same time, you will save on the total renovation price.

HOW LONG WILL MY BATHROOM RENOVATION TAKE?

Your Bathroom Designer will be able to answer this question for you during your in-home visit. Normally a new bathroom will take a few weeks to construct. Our goal is to keep your bathroom renovation progressing smoothly so every step is carefully programmed to ensure there are no delays.

For each bathroom renovation, the time required will depend on many factors including a change to the location of any pipes or fixtures, the size of your bathroom and whether your home is constructed in full brick or timber-frame.

CAN I LIVE IN MY HOME WHILE MY BATHROOM IS BEING RENOVATED?

The choice is yours but it is possible to live in your home while your bathroom is being renovated because we try to minimise any disruption to you and your home.

Many clients choose to have the main and ensuite bathrooms renovated at the same time because it will save them money. In this situation, we will help you arrange a portable toilet and shower facilities. The important thing to realise is your bathroom will be completely out of action during your renovation.

DO I NEED TO SUPERVISE THE TRADIES?

At the beginning of your bathroom renovation, you will be given your own Bathroom Construction Manager. Their role is to supervise each tradesperson working on your renovation. They will also liaise with you about the progress of your new bathroom and they will answer any questions you may have.

HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN IN BUSINESS?

Oxford Bathrooms was started by 2 brothers in 1999. Both of them are licensed, builders and plumbers. They are still highly involved with every aspect of the business including managing the tradespeople in their team.

DO YOU HAVE APPROPRIATE INSURANCE?

Yes, we do. For your protection, we have Compulsory Home Warranty Insurance, Public Liability Insurance and Workers Compensation.

WHAT CAN I EXPECT WHEN I VISIT ONE OF YOUR SHOWROOMS?

Each Showroom displays everything you’ll need to design your new bathroom. Our range includes Australia’s favourite brands as well as others that can be difficult to find elsewhere.

Once you receive your quotation, an appointment will be made to visit your closest Showroom to meet with one of our Design Consultants. They will guide you through every aspect of selecting all the fixtures and fittings for your bathroom including choosing your tiles, taps, vanity, bath and toilet suite.

WHAT GUARANTEES DO YOU PROVIDE?

You will receive a 10-year Warranty on all Oxford Bathrooms’ workmanship PLUS the standard manufacturer’s guarantee on all fixtures, fittings and materials used in your renovation. We also provide a 6-year Waterproofing Guarantee.

In addition, we have an after Sales Service and Maintenance Department to attend to any of your concerns. Should you need to use this service, simply email service@oxfordbathrooms.com.au with a brief description of the problem.

DO YOU HAVE SHOWROOMS?

We have 2 Showrooms – Thornleigh and Brookvale. They are open 6 days a week and both have plenty of on-site parking available.
